Tour Vehicles
When picking your tour vehicles we specified for your needs. Comfort is key, luggage space is vital. Air Conditioned passenger compartment and comfortable seats, seatbelts for every passenger. Our modern fleet is serviced in accordance with manufacturer requirements and kept immaculately clean inside and out, although by the end of a week long tour they may get a little grubby!
Our largest vehicles are the VolksWagen Shuttle, one of which is pictured below, capable of carrying up to 8 passengers and luggage for each guest, we normally use this vehicle size for groups of 4 to 8 but can use them for smaller groups when required.
We also have a selection of BMW ‘X’ models with the X5 and X7 (pictured below) running on air suspension, leather interiors and the ‘Sky Lounge’ sunroof offering a quiet and comfortable place to experience Scotland from. These vehicles have lots of luggage capacity and are used for groups of 1-3 in size. Occasionally we may use the X7 for larger groups if there is no luggage involved as this vehicle has 6 full sized passenger seats.
Our smallest vehicles are the BMW sedans pictured below, ideal for up to 2 guests with luggage, these comfortable cruisers are used for groups of 1 or 2 clients with 3 at an upper limit on airport transfers and shorter journeys.

For those with a real thirst for car knowledge here are some of the ‘vital’ stats for the fleet;
VW minivans – all run 2 litre turbocharged diesel engines putting out around 150 BHP. They are paired with the VW DSG gearbox and between them they deliver around 30 MPG. These big comfy cruisers have multiple zone air conditioning and even at 6 foot tall the rear row of seats offer a comfortable journey. They come with multiple ISOFIX seats so we can look after our younger guests and we have a variety of car seats which comply with UK car seat legislation.
BMW “X” these big SUV’s run 3 litre turbo charged diesel engines, paired up with the fantastic ZF 8 speed gearbox and deliver around 30 mpg. Offering air suspension, multiple zone air conditioning, sky lounge sunroof and up to 4 ISOFIX seats these luxury vehicles are a fantastic way to enjoy a Private Tour of Scotland for 1, 2 or 3 people.
BMW “Sedans” with one diesel and one petrol, both turbocharged. One has a manual gearbox and one has an 8 speed Auto, the MPG from the diesel is about 2-3 times better than the big petrol engine. Multiple zone air conditioning and comfortable leather seats complete the package offering here. A fantastic way to see Scotland for 1 or 2 people.
